Here is the emergency message sequence, so far:

CDW (WEA only) - Issued: 2018-05-03T22:30:05-06:00 WEA Text: Mandatory Evac
of Leilani and Lanipuna Gardens Subdv. Go to Pahoa and Keaau Community Ctrs

- approx. 7 hours 15 min later the following CDW was issued (again WEA only)

CDW (WEA only) - Issued: 2018-05-04T05:49:14-06:00  WEA Text: Leilani
Estates Evac new Lava Eruption High Levels of Sulfur Dioxide Mandatory
Evacuation

- 2+ hours later, the following CEM issued, as both WEA and EAS

CEM (EAS and WEA) - Issued: 2018-05-04T08:09:14-06:00  WEA and EAS message
the same:  Leilani Estates, Lanipuna Gardens Subdivision evacuation ordered
due to volcanic eruption.

An EAS CEM event was issued at 10:09am EDT May 4 for the Hawaii volcano.
