I've asked this before but, again, "Where is Stan Harter now that we 
need him?"

For those of you that did not have a chance to work with Stan he was at 
CA OES for many years.  And before that instituted a tsunami warning 
system in HI.

He was a by-the-book kind of guy and wrote SOP's for potential events.

And he is missed.
