I received a RMT from PEMA (Pennsylvania) on June 21 that I believe flows through the IPAWS system. "Alert Received at 06/21/18 04:32:43 from CAP" Perhaps the 'blogger' was having trouble as well? (PEMA's previous RWTs and previous RMTs have shown up on the blogger) Eric
