[EAS] WebX Required for EAS seminar?

Tried to register for this Webinar announced for tomorrow, in today's e-version of RadioWorld.
Won't let me because of WebX? 
Nice job FCC.
What the hell is WebX and how do I make it work.
And while you're at it, GET OFF MY LAWN. :-)
