[EAS] CAP DOWN messages this evening

f you saw CAP down messages about four hours ago, Harold Price from Sage says he has the answer:

"IPAWS isn't down.  What's happening is that the Google public DNS servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 aren't giving an ip address for fema.gov names."

FYI, one of my client's CAP boxes that went down several hours ago just came back.
