1- Prevailing Party ???   I fail to see how this group represents any 
Established political party !     Like a lot of our politics- The letter

To their name is only for the moment.

2- The law of unintended consequences will likely prevail here.   I can 
See the Commish - In their quest to do something good and appease those 
That are demanding they do something to deal with the Hawaii incident...
Create what they view is a solution where the amount of collateral 
Damage will be excessive.    The best thing we can do now is make 
Sure that the poo hits the fan.
