[EAS] Event Codes SVS and DSW

I think DSW is a current code. I have seen it used here in Nevada.

SVS?

Where do we draw the line at how many things have to be warned against? (And yes, I lived in snow squall country for nearly 13 years. It's a normal, everyday thing there in wintertime.)

NWS appears to be creating two new Event Codes.

SVS is for Snow Squall Warning and DSW is for Dust Warnings.

The DSW codes are under test in Arizona. I can see the DSW being issued for ha-boobs and such wind driven events.
