Sneak attacks don't take the weekend off. If anyone should be aware of that, it should be the people of HI. 

If there is no one in the Gov's office at 8 am on Saturday morning to deal with emergencies then there should be someone else designated to do so. 
Why does the tweet have to come from the governor, personally?
