[EAS] Can this be true?

I would think that there are others in the Governors administration who could have put out such a tweet on behalf of the Governor instead of he actually doing it himself. Gosh, does he personally write all of his letters and does he personally sign each bit of correspondence that goes out? Does he answer all of his phone calls without them going through a receptionist first? I'll bet he even drives himself to work and brings his own lunch in a paper bag that he packed himself.
