[EAS] ADR

A few minutes ago our Bakersfield stations received an ADR test via IPAWS issued by San Bernardino County (yes, SB is on their plan..)

Not having seen an ADR anywhere before, does anyone know if this is going to be an on-going test cycle from the county going forward?
