[EAS] Pai says FCC is launching an investigation of false HI EAS

And after months or years investigating this and millions of dollars spent they will come to what conclusion?
That someone accidentally clicked on the wrong thing twice?

I'm still trying to figure out what a shift change had to do with any of this.

And the reports that the whole state was thrown into panic says a lot about the emergency preparations that come with having such an alert ready to go.
