[EAS] Hawaii Investigation

I don't imagine the Chairman is going to do the investigating personally, and there are staff at the FCC who know this stuff pretty thoroughly.

My worry will be that political pressure may stampede the Commission and others into feel-good solutions that only dig us deeper.

Does it concern anyone else that, with all due respect, Chairman Pai probably doesn't know how to issue a CAP EAS/WEA Alert? I think that's critical considering that the reports are that someone "pushed the wrong button".
