Meanwhile, y'all are blowing up my email.  Please avoid further conjecture.  Wait for the FCC report.  Unless you have inside dirt from Hawaii - verifiable only, no rumors.  

(I've visited the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency HQ.  It's built inside the crater wall of Damond Head.  Pret cool.)
