[EAS] False EM alarm in HI

Long overdue, Bill.

As you know some of us have been expending time and effort for lots of years on the training thing.

There is one aspect of training that should also be a part of your Emperor to do list:

The public.

That training should begin in elementary school along with training on airline boarding and debarkation.

Who knows? Some of that elementary school training might even rub off on adults in the families of the students...
