        Not what I said. Stations need to do what
        they used to: relay important information
        to listeners. Not all of it is EAS/WEA; much 
        traffic, etc. There is nothing that says anything
        has to be interrupted - except EAN.

        Yes, it would be nice if there was a simple
        compulsory solution, but we have evolved
        a different system. I"m thinking more of
        pride in product - not merely a juke box
        with 10 spot breaks.
