[EAS] IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications (Monthly Report)

EAS Participants,

The EAS RWT report for January is attached. There were a number of errors which are reflected in the report. They are as follows:

On January 1 there were eight duplicate RWTs sent:
- Hawaii-Aleutian Time Zone
- Alaskan Time Zone
- Pacific Time Zone
- Mountain Time Zone
- Central Time Zone
- Eastern Time Zone
- Atlantic Time Zone
- Chamorro Time Zone

On January 8 the RWT for Central Time Zone was not sent

Also on January 8 a duplicate RWT was sent to Eastern Time Zone

On January 22 two duplicate RWTs were sent to Eastern Time Zone

On January 29 two duplicate RWTs were sent to Eastern Time Zone
