[EAS] Main Studio Question

If the station is monitoring and relaying the assigned LP-1 and LP-2 for
the area, then I would argue yes. It doesn't matter where the EAS box is
located so long as the assigned relay stations are monitored.
But I agree with "what Main Studio"? There isn't one any longer.
