[EAS] Hawaii Hurricane

This time last week, the NHC had the storm passing well to the south of
the big island and back into open waters. It was only in the last week did
the forecast path change to curl up west of the chain and nearly stall.

As we have all seen multiple times, the day 5 forecast location is very
precarious...at best.
