[EAS] How to get the public to disable WEA on their cell phones

disable WEA alerts on the cell phone after getting 36 flash flood alerts 
over the weekend.

@AppleSupport it's been two days and I've been warned about 36 Flash 
Floods. I'm tired of hearing the Amber Alert noise all day. HELP ME!!!

We're happy to help. These type of alerts can be turned off by going to 
Settings > Notifications, scroll down to Government Alerts, turn the type 
of alert off. Learn more here:
