[IPAWS]

The cable ISP that serves the residential location where the IPAWS poller that's behind the blogger suffered a rare, near 24 hour outage that spanned the period during which the missing alerts were sent. Need a bigger bake sale to re-code it all and move it to the cloud.

I'm thinking we should hold a bake sale and raise a couple hundred dollars to buy a newer, faster brain for the blogger...
