Agreed for the most part. However, my studios save for another more
limited operator and a high school station a mile or so closer, are the
closest studios to the FCC field office which houses Mike Moffit. I don't
want to be a test case based on proximity or convenience for the folks
wearing the badges....

Now, I understand the FCC does consider diligence at attempting to meet
the letter, if not the spirit of the rules. I want to avoid getting to
that point as that usually means we have already spent $xx,xxx on legal
fees on a matter which should never have gone that far.
