[EAS] EAS Log Format

I have done exactly this for the last 20+/- years and it has passed 
muster with every ABIP inspector that has looked at it.
Paper tape back in the day and now print outs from the EAS box.
What is more accurate? The source of the information or the 
transcription? I choose the source, and simply sign it as reflecting the 
truth as I know it.
