        Yes ... we have had three of these
        national tests ... and some of the same
        problems continue to be exhibited
        to stations that are so angered by
        the idiotic web reporting that they
        shut down and it all happens again
        the next year.

        I've heard from a couple of people
        that Greg has agreed the emphasis
        on "immediately" has messed up
        everyone.

        The question is: will he ever do anything?
