Well maybe in your area you could - Not around here - They only have so many
channels and they are all in use doing English-
They could alternate languages I suppose but I'll bet the fur would fly if
they tried. Then there is the same problem that broadcasters have - Who
is going to voice them?
(perhaps automatic/computer generated?)
NWS has a Spanish language program available. They can install a separate
NOAA transmitter for Spanish messages which Spanish stations can monitor.
Spanish language stations can split the cost of the transmitter, about
10,000$ last time I checked. If there's 10 stations in the market, the price
is certainly worth it. Someone just needs to get the stations to agree to
the project.
