Is it not amazing how NOAA Weather Radio, which likely is the source of 95%
of EAS messages ONLY broadcasts in English ?

Is it not amazing how to obtain a drivers license you have to be able to
read signs written in English?

Where is the outrage?

FYI - 

I have called a, conference call, meeting of the WaState SECC for this
coming Thursday do come up with a procedure for dealing with the latest.   
I hope that EMD will handle it as they have already been working on
Multilingual issues as directed by State legislative action.   EMD's 
Rafael Estevez has been working with the SECC for some time.
