OK - And who is going to buy one of those??   In this day and age of people
revolting over WEA messages - I just don't see it.

Sounds like a technical solution to a emotional/political problem  - Hard to
get traction with those.

ATSC 3.0 is not designed for reaching TV sets. That is only a side benefit.
ATSC 3.0's whole reason for existence is to drop data into that thing in
