After the New Jersey accidental Nuclear Power Plant Warning, I was very 
impressed that no newscasts played a recording of the EAS message while 
covering the news story. Usually some reporter includes a recorded 
out-take as background for their news report about EAS mistakes.

I don't know if that means station managers and staff have gotten the 
message to only use EAS tones/data bursts for EAS purposes.
