The ATIS Wireless Technologies and Systems Committee has recommended adopting those three, but I don't think that work has been published yet. And again, ATIS has also adopted a strategic policy to make use of SAME codes optional for WEA, with alert originators instead designating their alerts as Imminent Threat, Public Safety, or State/Local Test (aka DMO). (Or Presidential, or Amber, if they have those privileges.) That will involve a bit of work on the IPAWS CAP Profile and updates by the vendors, so I'd expect to see that process start when they roll out the 360-character alerts, which are due in about two years.

I don't know if ATIS has updated the CMAS standards or the IPAWS software has added the new FCC EAS weather codes.
I didn't include any of the weather related codes, such as TOR-Tornado Warning, because in the CMAS world those are only issued by NWS; not local emergency management agencies. The CAP alert origination software I've seen for local emergency managers don't have (or greyed out/not
selectable) the weather EAS codes.
NWS announced operational use of the new codes is planned for the 2017 hurricane season through Weather Radio and EAS. However, not all SAME/EAS codes are transmitted through WEA. I haven't found any information on the NWS web site whether EWW, SSA or SSW will be transmitted through WEA.
