Sean - clarification - there are CAP originator systems that allow
origination of weather event codes, as required by the local agency.  The
DASEOC does allow origination of CAP weather event codes, for example, and
already supports the three new weather codes.

I don't believe the new weather event codes have been incorporated into an
ATIS update yet, and that would drive the app support for CMAS/WEA.
