[EAS] ETRS - Form 1 - Can't fix coordinates

Found coordinates on copy of license were not in the requested NAD83 
format.  Used site of the above link, ensuring 'output coordinates' 
drop-down selection was on 'Lat/Lon NAD83'. find and mark transmitter 
location... copy and paste the appropriate sections shown in 'output 
coordinates' to blanks on Form One. Voila!

Update:  My frustration relayed yesterday is over - FCC managed to get 
our Call Sign in the options late this afternoon and Form One is now 
submitted!!!
