[EAS] ETRS - Form 1 - Can't fix coordinates

I have learned CDBS can't be trusted any longer for coordinate data. FCC
is migrating CDBS into it's new all license database and they have stopped
supporting the CDBS.  Moreover, they are converting all the data to NAD
83.

It is another train derailment in the making....

All you can do is advise the help desk the coordinate data as shown
doesn't match that on the map or reality and you know the as-filed data is
accurate.
