Speaking of ARES and RACES, were either of the organizations involved in the recent Oroville evacuations or life/safety efforts?

Seems like there are a lot of hams associates with CERT, ARES or RACES, but you never hear about them doing anything other than holding meetings and debating the color and design of their club polo shirts.
