Good question Mike. I'd wonder if there were any other warnings as well such as CEM or LAE as well. (I'd think they would be right there with EVI?)
Huge is almost an understatement, that thing is beyond massive. Does CA have the "broadcasters card" that allows you to cross a police line like they do in Wisconsin to get to the transmitter site in such an event? (Not that I'd recommend going INTO such an event)
