Yes I noted that as well.
I wonder if someone can explain how the FCC EAS list works.
Does the FCC depend on SECCs sending them proper links?
Does the FCC just use a link based on the last time the plan was approved?
Why were there states that didn't have a link to anything?
Perhaps, plans can be uploaded/updated to an FCC server much as is done with the Public File?
