Yeah...stuff happens. It's interesting to note those who relayed it
automatically.  It's a rare instance that stations programmed this event
to forward unless it's an actionably defined event code in the local area
plan. If such were the case, the stations which didn't carry it have some
"splainin' to do.

Rare as it is, some accidents have an unintended consequence of a positive
nature.
