It looks like ECFS has processed submissions through July 31, 2017 close
of business. Remember, the FCC usually accepts and considers late-filed
comments. Also expect various ex-parte meetings with interested
parties.

I don't see any comments from SBE, SCTE, any state industry associations,
state emergency communication committees, or individual media
companies. Some individuals, who also serve on SECCs, submitted
individual comments.

The following groups and companies have submitted comments, through July
31, 2017:

Media associations include American Cable Assocation, National Assocation
of Broadcasters and NCTA - The Internet & Television Assocation.

Law enforcement and public safety associations include APCO
International, North Las Vegas Police Officers Assocation, National Public
Safety Telecommunications Council, National Assocation of Police
Organizations, Police Executive Research Forum and State Troppers
Fraternal Association of New Jersey.

Manufacturers include Monroe Electronics, Motorola Solutions, ONE Media,
and Sage Alerting Systems.

Government agencies include City of New York, Boulder Regional Emergency
Telephone Service Authority and DOJ Office of Community Oriented Police
Services.

And various comments from individuals.
