[EAS] Dallas warning sirens hacked - maybe

Bill will recall that I was hired to refute his critique... which wasn't easy because he was absolutely right.

In this case my money's on a maintenance screw-up... with a bored teenager with a radio in second place.  Not sure the payoff from tripping the sirens would be high enough to motivate anybody else.  (With the possible exception of someone who wanted to sell Dallas a new system, of course ;-)
