Harold,
I think you can see where I'm headed with this, just trying to head off
a potential problem. It sounds like you have the programming treating
000000 as a special single location code, where is won't match a sub
code (state, region, or county), but possibly not.
Lets see if I can word this better this time.
So for a NPT to match the internal filter it would have to specifically
have the 000000 code and no sub codes would match, unless they matched
the local area?
Also on the Filter entry screen you have the option for "All Locations".
but if the previous question is true, I would think that's not the same
as 000000 since all locations should match all subcodes as well.
If it makes sense, you might need to add another check box for "Exactly
000000" next to the "All Locations" in the new release. I guess that
would also require a update to EndecSetD.
Ahh the fun if having to make things bullet proof when they keep coming
up with new bullets.
