[EAS] Youtube video of the LA county RMT - 2014

For people who hadn't heard the monthly script used in LA County, this is 
a link to a Youtube video of the 2014 test via DirecTV satellite. For 
various reasons, each satellite TV provider has to pick one local area as 
the source if its RMT, and DirecTV just happens to use LA.

The audio quality was not very good, even for the public safety band. I 
don't know if it was DirecTV's receiver or the LA County transmitter.

The following year, the LA County's audio quality appears to improve alot. 
This is a youtube video of a DirecTV test in 2015.  I also notice the LA 
County EOC dropped the Sheriff's name in the 2015 RMT.

As I said, maybe its just because LA County is used as the RMT source
for DirecTV's nation-wide feed, that LA's local quirk of identifying its 
local elected sheriff by name in the monthly message seems odd.

I also looked for videos of DishTV's required monthly test, but couldn't 
find any on Youtube. I don't recall which city DishTV get's its EAS feed.
