Practices?

How often do you believe the elected Los Angeles sheriff actually shows up 
at the EOC to practice EAS alerts? Or did he record the monthly test 
script once, and the EOC plays the same recording every month as long as 
he stays in office?

If the Los Angeles Sheriff shows up at the EOC every month on schedule, 
alternating months day and night, to voice the monthly test live.  Then I 
take back everything I said, and salute him for his dedication and 
commitment to making EAS work in Los Angeles. It would be amazing if 
all elected officials all over the country showed that level of 
commitment.
