[EAS] Form 3 Deletes IPAWS Entry

I sent the ETRS folks a note about it.
Got back the standard automated response that they would reply to me in the order they received my email.
As long as others noticed the same thing and we have our Form 3 submitted successfully emails, then I'll leave it at that.
My original concern was that it was a browser thing or something like that.
