But if no one rushed to submit Form 3 the procrastinators wouldn't be getting all of this good feedback in time to submit there reports.
And then there are those of us who may just be burned out on EAS after all of the rigmarole over the past several weeks and just want to finished with it.

You must be new to broadcasting?
After decades of putting up with lousy sounding announcements, we finally get one that was of good quality.
We'd be happy most of the time if the alerts sounded as good CB radio.
