[EAS] NPT No Shows

I have several stations which have been unable to file their Form Twos. Some cannot even access their records. If the problem is an overloaded FCC server then they should be able to file in the morning. Hopefully they won't have to face any repercussions for filing late. I was on the phone with stations up to 7:30.
