Then why the attempt by G/R for a waiver?

This whole EAS test and everything around it is starting to resemble a model for the breakdown of civilization.

I hope the thing goes perfectly tomorrow and that every EAS system out there works flawlessly and that everyone gets logged in to ETRS without any trouble and submits their report. Because if this is what we have to do to try to ensure a successful test. I don't think I will be able to take the chatter if something goes wrong after all the trouble we've been through to get this far.
Otherwise, be a whole lotta deleting going on here. Don't take it personal.
