[EAS] WEA used in NYC bombings

It's much much more than simply the inability to relay a photo. It goes
right to the core of every serious station's operation and business.

That's the extent of my comment on this aspect. I don't wish to see the
EAS list sink into a non-EAS aspect debate better suited for another one
of the lists many here lurk.
