[EAS] Over 20,000 filings in ETRS

I guessed about ETRS would get about 18,000 registrations.  ETRS surpassed 
that with over 20,000 filings. There are an estimated 27,000 EAS
participants.  Extremely impressive filing coverage at about 75%

Even though the deadline passed, ETRS is still accepting late registrations.
