[EAS] How are you planning to broadcast the September 28, , National EAS Test?

Mike McCarthy asked how that was different.
The biggest difference is probably with the TV and Cable folks.
Instead of putting the actual "End of the World" alert up, it will 
clearly be a test.
For radio, not a whole lot of difference except in the verbiage.
