For ENDEC users only:
As Al Kenyon said in his message, some stations will have logged
this, some will not, depending on their filters.
If you have a filter that matches RWT, and you have locations set to
"local area", then you will not have logged the alert. In you have a
default "OTHERS" filter with an empty location list, you did get a log entry.
My understanding is that this was a one-time test by FEMA, mainly of
alert construction and transport, as a prep for the 28th.
If FEMA decides to make the 000000 RWT a recurring event, we'll
publish guidance on how to add it to your filter set. For now, if
you didn't log this alert, don't worry about it - you were not
required to receive and log it. At least for the ENDEC, this test
isn't an indication that the NPT will succeed or fail, use the
"verify req" button as described in the 89-30 release notes for that.
Regards,
Harold
