Al,
Entercom Denver did not receive it either. Our SAGE boxes did not log and/or ignore an event.
We do not have a filter set for the combination of RWT with All-US.
The next obvious question is, "should we?"

In approximately one hour, at 2:00 PM EDT the IPAWS Lab will issue a RWT for All-US. This will be the first use of the "000000" geocode. Your EAS device may or may not log reception of this RWT as EAS Participants are not required or expected to have a filter set for the combination of RWT with All-US.
