[EAS] Watches set to siren

Yeah! I'm sure everyone does things a bit differently.

My one and only sighting was as the second spotter to call in to confirm a report from a Sheriff's deputy.
No sooner than I finished my report, and the sirens went off. I was trying to move to another location and it got a bit harry for a few minutes.
The thing did some damage in our town but really laid down a swath of destruction across the river.
It dropped a big tree on my sister n law's car.

The radar sighting are pretty much called by what they see on the screen, though as far as I know, there is still a human in that decision process. I don't think anyone is quite ready to completely turn that over to the machines.
